Red, Pink And Orange

Three great lip colors for the upcoming holiday festivities.  The red is so alluring and sophisticated, the pink is so flirty and pretty and the orange is so hip and fun.

P.S. Thanks to the lovely Brandi of Not Your Average Ordinary I now have a Facebook "like" button to the right.  I'm loving the fan page and using it as an extension of the blog posting different photos and some new jewels.  Thanks to the gals who are already there, anyone else interested check it out.....

Tomboy Chic

I love a gal in a tie and these shots from Elle France October show why....is she not the cutest?  I know many of you are saying "I could never do that....." but actually you can (if you want) and here we're shown three easy ways to do so with a nice fitted oxford, layer with a cute sweatshirt or throw a bomber over your ensemble and wha la.  I'm also loving the watches and watch bands, I'm all about collecting vintage tickers for La Feem in 2011.

The Future Is Now

Great shot from Sheer Magazine #I December 2010, she's so modern Blade Runner.  I think these clothes are amazing and I would wear this futuristic ensemble in a second (sans the one plastic glove....).

Love It

Maybe it's my passion for Mexico that's making me swoon but I just love this shot from the country's Elle November 2010.  The hats are killing me, the lace dress is so retro chic and the gold chain bracelet is fabulous.

Resort Dreams

Crystal Renn looks amazing in this Harper's Bazaar US shoot, she seems to be the it girl of the moment.  The clothes are beautiful, the "cool, crisp palette" is just fantastic and I love the sleek, clean lines.  Ahhh, to live the resort dream and catch a flight somewhere fabulous with a suitcase full of these garments, sounds good to me.

So Pretty

Fantastic shots from Elle Brasil November 2010, this girl is gorgeous and the clothes are divine.  Even though we only see the top half in the first photo as you can guess I'm in love and dress #2 is so pretty, for some reason I feel like it's perfect for a handful of you lovely ladies.

Vogue China Part 2

Here are two shots from inside Vogue China, Lara S. looks divine on the cover and she looks gorgeous  in these as well but they do have more of an unexpected rawness to them than the cover shot which surprised and intrigued me. The dresses are incredible, I will dream of them through the holidays and I love how polar opposite these pictures are than the post last week with a different gorgeous girl in a different type chair.......

I'm loving this chair as much as I'm loving her outfit, they're both gorgeoussoft and romantic with a strong commanding presence, a winning combination if you ask me.

Alexander McQueen ~ The Exhibit

The Huffinton Post (via WWD) just reported that 100 pieces by the late Alexander McQueen will be featured in the Costume Institute's next exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.  McQueen was the master of artistic dramatic fashion and deserves to be recognized for his exquistite work, it's the perfect choice for next year.  I can only imagine the show will be unrealdefinitely one to remember and the perfect reason to go to NY!  To read the entire article click here.
